Dolly Levi (Pam Ashcroft)

Pam Ashcroft has become a regular performer for MMTC after some years spent with Old Roan Operatic. She is a trained singer, having studied at the Nancy Peer's School in Liverpool as well as the Barbara Dix School in Southport , qualifying in both singing and theory with the Royal Associated Board of Music. Popular and well-known, Pam has appeared in many musicals and operettas; her favourites include Anna (Merry Widow), Magnolia (Show Boat) and Sylvia (Gipsy Princess).

She joined Maghull to play Kate in "Kiss Me, Kate" in 1997, followed by the Duchess in "Me & My Girl" and latterly Bloody Mary in "South Pacific" for which she won a N.O.D.A. Regional Award for Best Supporting Actress.

Pam is very much looking forward to playing the lead in this famous musical comedy.
